Getting my workout splits is just that - I'll send you the workout split I'm CURRENTLY using for myself. This can vary depending, but it's usually 3-4 splits/week. If I'm training for a marathon, it can even be 2.
Those who want to test out doing workout splits for the first time, or those just wanting to save some money while still getting a professional program.
Self guided - you need to set up an account on the app Trainerize, and I will share the splits with you through the app.
Splits will be available in Trainerize for ONE MONTH. You can always make your own notes of the splits you received, but you will need to repurchase my splits again the following month (which will be different), or purchase your own custom splits that are designed for your unique body and goals.
